Provide professional administrative, technical and general support for projects and programs for the Director’s office. Responsible for coordinating various internal processes, produce documents and create presentation materials, and maintenance and support for existing communication systems including Web sites, contact lists, and organizational charts. Assist the Office of Economic Analysis in the production of the Economic and Revenue Forecast, the state and county population forecast, and prison inmate forecast. Provide committee assistance for Internal Audits and the Office of Public Affairs.
Design and develop layouts for professional presentations for the Director’s Office, both electronically and in hard copy formats; and design and prepare publications for print. During construction phase, create and maintain updates: track material vendors and purchase orders; place request for electrical material product cut sheets from vendors; produce and deliver to general contractor electrical material product cut sheets in all phases; track and process electrical and fire permits through all phases of construction; assist with schedule of values and submit to billing department; process daily job journal and timekeeping received from site foremen; initiate or process and track Requests for Information (RFIs); price pending change order (PCO)/pending work order (PWO) materials using TRF software; update and maintain PCO/PWO log.
At project end: work with vendors to produce Operation and Maintenance manuals; archive all hard copy and electronic documents for future search and retrieval.
